The Two Second
I selected two photos of their exposures are two sec. from my photostream. Both photos were taken with my small tripod, which is very cheap, JPY380.- or USD4.-. You can get excellent results with a tripod and 2sec. delay shutter release, even if the tripod is so cheap :)

Osaka night view. The photo is a little out of focus because I took it on a footbridge and footbridge itself was shaking.

Oh, lots of fireflies! We have few place where we can see fireflies in Japan. Most of their habitats have been destroyed... How wonderful your efforts of keeping nature is.
